There are many different modalities of investigation among different paranormal groups and organizations, and The
Western Pacific Paranormal Alliance believes that all healthy, rational roads to discovery are good roads. Considering that this field is not defined, it does not stand to reason that the methods for investigating would be defined by only one approach.
As paranormal investigation becomes increasingly more mainstream, two schools of thought evolve among organizations:
1) Those that embrace the findings and modalities of other groups, even if the modalities may differ from their own, and
2) those that stay within previously established parameters, and are not open to the findings of other groups who do not adhere to the same investigation modalities.
The Western Pacific Paranormal Alliance welcomes other groups, other schools of thought, and new and innovative investigation techniques and equipment. We have been a pioneer in utilzing Psychic and Sensitives in paranormal investigation to a scientific end, as well as employing our own innovative acoustic science techniques in isolating sound for EVP evaluation.
